All packages are tracked. Forgetmiso does not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in shipping. Once items are shipped out, it is out of the store's control. There will be no refunds, replacements, or exchanges. However, please email [email protected] if you have a problem with your order >< I will try my best to help :,D
If your order includes a preorder item, your order will be shipped together on the date the preorder is ready to be shipped. Please order separate shipping if you want other items to arrive faster that are non-preorder. (You'll have to pay two costs of shipping).
For US orders excluding processing time, it will take between 3-5 business days for your package to arrive. However please allow up to 2 weeks in case.
International orders may take up to a month or more.
Shipping to Germany
✫彡 Forgetmiso is registered with LUCID and therefore can ship to German customers. Shipping to UK & EU: VAT
Forgetmiso does not remit VAT (value-added taxes) costs. Customers are responsible for paying your country's customs agency upon retrieval of the package. This tax will not be reflected in the shipping cost. Please do your own research on the VAT costs to your country.
