I try to package my packages securely, and every order comes with tracking. If your package comes back to me, I may send it out again if shipping is paid. Otherwise I generally do not give out refunds or replacements. Damaged or lost items that happen during shipping is unfortunately out of my hands once sent to the shipping carrier.Â
